211206- Lee Hwee Hua Trust Fund
Mum, 23rd of Dec, I will be going away....wont be back till 3rd Jan 07. Quite recently, I met up with a irc friend that I knew long time back but din have a chance to meet, we were casually chatting about life, about business, about me, about her up and downfall...she gave me such a huge insight about life and it kept me thinking for a while....the question she asked....What have I done for you ? What am I going to do for you ? This never cross my mind before..It kept me thinking for a few days...She saw the article that I wrote about you and asked me Why dont I try to set up a "trust" fund under your name and try to help others in the future ? I dunno how a trust fund works and how much is required but it sure was a question that I will be thinking of it for a long time to come...and see if I am financially capable to fulfil it...hope to have yr blessings Mum...it would be great if eventually its called "Lee Hwee Hwa Trust Fund".
181206- Life is short and unpredictable
Dearest Mum, a lot of things has happened and thought I want to share with you...quite recently Kok Keng's dad passed away after a prolonged period of sickness due to cancer....2 days later....Peng Yong's mum passed away due to high blood pressure, circumstances also similiar like yours...its sad to see loved ones going one after another...You also know Peng Yong's mum also....during the wake, we were chatting casually and he mentioned that his mum way back has already planned for such things....she bought her tablet space in the temple already....that brings me to share with you that during the preparation for your wake, I have also bought one for dad and myself...my tablet space is just above yours and dad is just beside you...There will come a time when I will see you and be with you again....so meanwhile, you take care when you are there and look over my shoulders okie....Love you mum....
101206- Our Hougang House...
Mum, our last day at the Hougang House is 14th March 07. The deal has been finalised. I took some pictures of our hougang house, the place where I grew up and spend my childhood days...
061206- Work Work Work | Pay Pay Pay
Mum, been a long time since we last spoken. We finally found a buyer for our house. Its kind of sad though because I spend my childhood and growing up years in Hougang. Ah Yi is finalizing the details with the buyer.
Once the house is sold then we are going to look for a rented place near Tina's place and see if we can get it for one year lease before deciding what to do, maybe buy a house so that Granny can have a proper place to stay and Ah Di can also take care of her.
Do you know that Tina's pregnant ? She is going to deliver in March next year, wish you were around... I am sure you will be very happy for her. Cousin Tina has always been close to you since her younger days. I am looking forward to see the new born :) Ah Yi is very stress over Tina's pregnancy / sale of the house / Ah Di's renewal of contract / and Granny's future house...as usual..typical of Ah Yi...:)
I have been to the doctor recently Mum...I did not tell you that I have been experiencing back pain and numbness of the arm and body...It kind of started 2 years back. I thought its just some normal back pain. I went for acupuncture and massage but it just din help. I even bought a $200 plus medic pillow to support my neck !! I finally had to be referred to TTSH by the GP when I reported sick for finger numbness.
An Xray was taken and they found out that my neckbone and spine has some degree of curvature and is causing the numbness and pain. Occupational Hazard !! The specialist told me that they seen a lot of people reporting such problems to them and most of them are in the IT line..Gosh !!! Tomorrow I had to go for physiotherapy...and one session cost $70 bucks !!! Just for a 1 hr consulation, it cost me $250...no wonder people say doctor kills yr ills by pills and later kills you with his bills !!! Sigh...work work work..then pay pay pay :)
